Sacramento Symphonic Winds Benefit Golf Tournament

Sunday, September 23, 2012, the Sacramento Symphonic Winds will host a benefit golf tournament at the Empire Ranch Golf Club in Folsom. Proceeds from the event will aid the SSW in relocating to a new venue for their concerts.
The Sacramento Symphonic Winds is an all-volunteer 60-piece symphonic wind ensemble that performs a wide range of music. Founded in 2002 by the current conductor and music director, Dr. Les Lehr, it provides quality musical performances for audiences in the greater Sacramento area. We celebrate the community band tradition in American music! http://www.sacwinds.org
The tournament format will be a 4-man scramble, with a shotgun start beginning at 7:30 am. Check-in will be at 7:00 am. The fee for this event is $125 including golf, cart, range balls and a lunch following. There will be several game holes, as well as long drive and closest to the pin. And for those who don't play too often, there will be a mulligan package for sale. Registrations forms are available at Empire Ranch Golf Club and many local music stores. If you wish to pay by credit card, please call Tim's Music at 916-925-9160. Tell them you want to play golf with the Sac Winds!

Wrap up your weekend with a fanfare.
