A New York based organization "The Broadway Dreams Foundation" (BDF), a national non-profit performing arts training program, will be presenting their Triple Threat Weekend at the Hawkins School at the end of this month. Students will receive first-rate training in acting, dance and vocal performance by Broadway professionals and industry insiders. Please see attached flyer for faculty credits. Exceptional talent will be invited to be showcased in New York this summer.
The classes are 10 am - 6 pm, Saturday-May 31st, and Sunday-June 1st. Sixteen hours of instruction ($235).
Below is the link to a Playbill article on Stafford Arima (Alter Boys, Ragtime) who will be a contributing director at the Triple Threat Weekend. An upcoming industry reading of The Me Nobody Knows will be composed entirely of students from The Broadway Dreams Foundation.
